If you’ve never read one of our Last.fm Dissection pieces before then i’ll explain. I (Oliver) have a Last.fm account and each week I look at the bands that made my top 10 chart for the previous week and offer up some downloads for you to listen to.
This week i’ll only be looking at my top 5 due to time constraints.
The Black Keys - I’ve been a fan for a few years now but they’ve always been one of those bands that i never really paid much attention to. Thankfully I got back into them recently and i’ve enjoyed listening to those old songs over again. If you like bluesy and raw rock then check them out.
MP3 - I Got Mine
Noah And The Whale - After seeing them at Latitude I finally gave into the hype and gave them a listen. I was pleasantly surprised by the nicety of it all. Great pop songs.

AA Bondy - Another week and another entry from this acoustic troubadour. I won’t go over who this guy his again as i’ve included him on this site many times before but if you haven’t heard of him before then go check him out.

Coldplay - Again, not sure how these guys made it in my top five again but they did. Not that i have anything against the band. Maybe my laptop loves them!

Kimya Dawson - Every so often i’ll go through a period of listening to her over and over again. Last week was one of those periods. Acoustic cuteness at it’s best!
