Hey friends, so it’s time for another Monday Mixtape here on The405!
First off, since it’s the very first day of the summer month of June (finally), this filling mix is just the start of what’s to come; a taster you might say, or a warmer upper to the lazy summer day and animated summer night anthems that we are so eager to get our hands on.
I’ve put in a few oldies from Zeppelin to Bowie, and a few goodies from Neon Indian to Peaches. There’s The Ghost Bees, which you might remember from Oliver’s radar post from not so long ago, an awesome tune from Kleerup & Lykke Li, and an anonymous track I snagged off of a friend's playlist! I ask for a round two against the pills! I liked how the pill ladies are on screen during the bridge portion of the song. I guess nothing can stop us music lovers from hearing music. :) [view article]
