Jamie T
Jamie T has announced he will play his biggest ever headline show at the 02 Academy at Brixton on Thursday 15th October. This follows the release of his new album Kings And Queens which will be released late summer. His London show at the Electric Ballroom on June 24th sold out in less then two hours.
ATP
The UK premiere of the All Tomorrow's Parties film from Warp X (presented by Future Cinema) is happening at the end of the month (Edinburgh International Film Festival on June 24th). The concert part of this event will be headlined by a special surprise Scottish band, and Chris Geddes of Belle & Sebastian will DJ, with more to be announced.
The Longcut
The Longcut's new album, Open Hearts, will be released on the 5th October 2009 through Melodic.

Well I find them boring. What's the appeal? Is it the 'they toured with Los Campesinos! so therefore they're good' argument? As for the 'surely due to hit the big time' comment, I'm pretty sure I heard that at this exact time last year about that album. When is this hitting the 'big time' going to happen exactly?
