Bloc Party
Bloc Party (pictured above) are set to release a brand new single, 'One More Chance', on the 10 August 2009 through Wichita Recordings. The previously unreleased track was recorded in April with Jacknife Lee (REM) and mixed in Paris with Phillipe Zdar (Phoenix,Cassius).'One More Chance' will be aired for the first time on Zane Lowe’s show this Thursday 18 June.
The Destroyers
The Destroyers are going Glastonury crazy! They'll be gracing Club Dada (Thurs), Croissant Neuf Big Top (Fri) and finishing off on The Avalon Stage on Sunday!
Edge Festival
Faith No More have been confirmed as one of the headline acts at The Edge Festival in Scotland. Biffy Clyro are also set to play the event.
Antony and the Johnsons
Antony & The Johnsons are set to release a cover of Beyonce’s ‘Crazy In Love’ as part of a double A-side single.‘Aeon’/’Crazy in Love’ will be released the US on August 4 on CD and 7” through Secretly Canadian and on August 3 in Europe and the UK on 7” through Rough Trade.
