Royksopp
The video to Royksopp’s brand new single "This Must Be It" (featuring Karin Dreijer Andersson (The Knife, Fever Ray) is now available and it’s a cracker. Think hedonistic Scandinavian nudist community and you’ll be on the right tracks. There’s also an utterly brilliant car made of drums (well, nearly).
Röyksopp arrive back in the UK to headline the following dates:
Thursday 5th November – LONDON - 02 Shepherds Bush Empire
Wednesday 4th November – LEEDS - Uni Stylus
Tickets can be bought from

Mew
'Repeaterbeater' is set to be the second single taken of the Danish act's fifth studio album 'No More Stories...', released back in August. The track will be released on the 9th November.
November Tour Dates:
03 - Wulfrun, Wolverhampton
04 - Academy, Dublin
05 - ABC, Glasgow
06 - Academy 2, Manchester
07 - Metropolitan University, Leeds
09 - Anson Rooms, Bristol
10 - Shepherd's Bush Empire, London
The Dead Weather
The Dead Weather announce the new Jack White directed music video for the dark, organ infused track"I Cut Like A Buffalo". Shot entirely in the Third Man headquarters in Nashville, TN, “I Cut Like A Buffalo” will premier exclusively in the UK at 10am GMT on Friday, October 2nd for 24hrs on the VidZone music video application on Playstation 3.
The Dead Weather return to the UK this month for a full tour. These dates come hot on the heels of the release of their highly acclaimed debut album Horehound on Third Man/Columbia Records and the handful of explosive sold-out & secret shows that they played earlier this summer. The Dead Weather have quickly carved out a reputation as one of today’s best live rock’n’roll bands and are currently tearing up and leaving town after town in their wake on their current US headline tour.

Jamie T
It's with regret that Jamie T is to cancel the first 6 shows of his upcoming Kings & Queens tour.
After suffering laryngitis, which culminated in Jamie having to postpone the last 2 shows of his recent Australian Tour, his voice has not sufficiently recovered for him to begin the tour at the Bristol Academy on Oct 1st.
The tour will now begin in Glasgow on October 9th.
The cancelled shows will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity and original tickets will be valid. Refunds will be available from the point of purchase.

She and Him WTF? (did you see what i did there?) "Well all right, it's okay. We all get the slips sometimes, every day." Wow, clearly Deschanel is the next Morrissey. I really like the new Laura Marling though. [view article]

Well I find them boring. What's the appeal? Is it the 'they toured with Los Campesinos! so therefore they're good' argument? As for the 'surely due to hit the big time' comment, I'm pretty sure I heard that at this exact time last year about that album. When is this hitting the 'big time' going to happen exactly?
