MIXTAPE: THAT SHORT ADVENTURE

About 90% of my journeys are spent going between Golders Green and Chalk Farm on the tube. I do that trip a million times a week and every time I try and make myself a little mixtape to pass the time. Due to the fact that it's such a short journey, about 25-30 minutes if you include waiting for a bus and getting the bus to the station, so five songs just about covers it.
Below is the mix I'll be using on my next journey. I hope you enjoy it and maybe one day you'll send me a mix to pass my next adventure.
1. The End's Not Near by The New Year
2. The Hollows (Live) by Why?
3. Old Man Chicago by Alberta Cross
4. Altered Beast by Vessels
5. Lovers Who Have Lost Their Cause by Matt Pryor

You have the wrong Jamie T song up, this is unfair on poor Jamie... However I think Delphic kick ass too. [view article]

She and Him WTF? (did you see what i did there?) "Well all right, it's okay. We all get the slips sometimes, every day." Wow, clearly Deschanel is the next Morrissey. I really like the new Laura Marling though. [view article]

Well I find them boring. What's the appeal? Is it the 'they toured with Los Campesinos! so therefore they're good' argument? As for the 'surely due to hit the big time' comment, I'm pretty sure I heard that at this exact time last year about that album. When is this hitting the 'big time' going to happen exactly?
