I thought I would share with you all my time top five album covers.
Here goes!
Country Life by Roxy Music
I don't think i've ever listened to this record but all I know is that when I was rooting through my parents record collection when I was 13-14 this was the album that stuck out the most. It's such a statement cover. I love it.
At Mount Zoomer by Wold Parade
Releases this year, At Mount Zoomer is just as visually stunning as the music it. I haven't a clue what's going on but I really don't care. It's just great.
We Are Him by Angels Of Light
I really love this cover for some reason. It's creepy in every way possible but it's always stuck in my mind. In fact, more so than the actual music itself.
Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles
Everyone's seen this cover haven't they? It's been one of my favourites for a very long time. The colours are just superb.
The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me by Brand New
Simple but effective. It reminds me of Autumn/Winter, which is my favourite time of year and it makes me question what's going on. It just goes to show that simplicity that can often be as powerful as something complicated.

I ask for a round two against the pills! I liked how the pill ladies are on screen during the bridge portion of the song. I guess nothing can stop us music lovers from hearing music. :) [view article]
