405 Gig Guide: 10th - 16th December 2012
This week's gig guide features the likes of Allah-Las, Flutes, Taken By Trees, Christopher Owens & many more.
Christopher Owens: St Giles-in-the-Fields Church, London 10/12/12
Tonight will see Christopher Owens (ex-Girls) play his first ever solo show in support of his forthcoming album Lysandre, and by all accounts it's a show not to be missed.

Taken By Trees: Södra Teatern, Stockholm 12/12/12
It’s been a few years since Victoria Bergsman, or Taken By Trees as she calls herself, released her second record East Of Eden and in October she followed it with the excellent Other Worlds. Now she's finally back in her native Sweden to perform at Södra Teatern. Don't miss it.

The xx: Colston Hall, Bristol 14/12/12
There isn't much that can be said about The xx which hasn't already been typed by some other human. There aren't a huge amount of gigs happening around Bristol with the cold weather setting in and everyone turning to the mulled wine.

Flutes: Nice N Sleazy, Glasgow 14/12/12
Not content with just one launch night for their debut album (and their first live show here in six years), Flutes opt for two - the second right here in Glasgow.

Allah-Las: The Hope, Brighton 11/12/12
Touring in support of their recently released debut album, sixties influenced garage-psych quartet Allah-Las bring some West Coast warmth to a cold Brighton night.

Thousands â Green Door Store // 1st April 2011 Thousands are Kristian Garrard and Luke Bergman, from Seattle. They make acoustic-led affecting folk music which is really quite pleasant on the ear. This should be an hairs on the back of the neck kind of gig, with the backdrop of the Green Door Store hopefully making it a cosey, and special affair.
