Blood Diamonds feat. Grimes - 'Phone Sex'

Blood Diamonds (aka Mike Tucker) and Grimes have collaborated on a track which came about after they decided they wanted "to do a big pop song." 'Phone Sex' was initially recorded in Tucker's bedroom before being re-recorded and beefed up a few weeks later.

"The song came after a sleepless night in Mike's room, sipping gin and reading Nabokov over the holidays in Vancouver. It's our ultimate pop fantasy brought to life," says Grimes.

The Phone Sex 12" EP is released on July 16 in the UK and July 24 in the U.S. via 4AD, and features another track called 'Ritual', as well as remixes of the title-track by Unicorn Kid and Jensen Sportag.

The artwork for the track, which you can partially see above, was put together Elite Gymnastics. It's showcased pretty well in the video below. [via Pitchfork]
