Daft Punk signs with Columbia, new album possibly arriving this spring
The former is reporting that the legendary duo have now signed with Columbia Records, whilst the Frech newspaper is claiming the follow-up to 2005's Human After All will be hitting stores at some point this Spring.
Whilst we wouldn't suggest geting too excited about the news quite yet, once the rumour mill starts throwing out news story after news story (like it has for Daft Punk over the past few months), something generally comes out of it.
With a new album expected from Daft Punk later this year, the French-crossover duo are arguably the toast of the blogosphere in what has been a frenzied 2013. Today, the follow-up to 2011's Teachers mix (put together by Bodytonic) has surfaced, featuring tracks which inspired their 1997 album, Homework. [read more]
