Damon Albarn announces new solo album, 'Dr Dee'
Damon Albarn has announced he'll be releasing a solo album this May on Parlophone Records.
The album, which is released on May 7th, is called Dr Dee and is "inspired by the life of John Dee, mathematician, polymath and advisor to Elizabeth I." It's also been described as "strange pastoral folk." Interesting.
