After kicking off its 4th year triumphantly with the album launch of the fantastic Anoraak at Corsica Studios in September, October sees French Revolution once again joining up with the record label Oui Love and promoters/partners Atom Live. Taking over the Macbeth this month to rekindle the relationship that saw The Shoes rock a frenetic, crowded venue back in May, this time around they're very happy to announce a most exciting and eclectic line up of French talent.
What better than a completely free Friday night of fun, frolics and electro down at the Macbeth. All the musical guests are traversing the choppy Autumn waters of the Channel (or taking the Eurostar beneath it) to entertain a crowd of Brits, French ex-pats, students and French fans who travel to see their favourite Francais acts play on the London scene. Paris is known primarily for two reasons, the Eiffel tower and uncompromising coolness - the latter of which is certainly appropriate for Parisian 3-piece Yeti Lane. Despite signing to renowned shoegaze label 'Sonic Cathedral', it would be unfair to classify the band as such.
