Get People - 'Something Better' (dBridge Vs. Get People) [Listen]

Get People recently dropped their Harmonize EP a couple of days ago (2nd July) on Luv Luv Luv Records, and have now unveiled a new reworking of one of its tracks, 'Something Better'.

It's dubbed 'dBridge vs. Get People', and indeed, it does sound a bit like a stand-off between a band and a producer at times. But not in the conventional fist-fight kinda way, oh no. I'm talking about some kind of head-to-head duel of the mind that would take place in an episode of The Crystal Maze if it were to be rebooted (which it definitely should). It's certainly a far cry from the tropical-infused indie pop that's slathered across the EP, that's for sure.
