Ingrid supergroup announce live debut
Scandinavian supergroup Ingrid have announced that they will make their live debut performance at this year’s Way Out West festival. The thirteen member-strong constellation, which features the likes of Lykke Li, Bjorn & John, Christian & Pontus of Miike Snow and Jocke Åhlund amongst others, have promised: “"scenographic magic and history that during the evening will be created, destroyed and rebuilt." They will join Kraftwerk, Bon Iver, The Black Keys and Blur at the Gothenburg festival this August.

Put together by UK indie label Alcopop Records, this one day Summer themed festival takes place at London's Brixton Windmill on July 7th, kicking off at 4pm and carrying on till 'very late' (I assume you make up your own mind about that). The line-up features Alcopop's Light Guides, Stagecoach and Jumping Ships. Singer-songwriter Sam Isaac will also put in an appearance, as will some of our own DJ’s from The 405. [read more]
The line-up for this year's Dutch festival REWIRE has just been expanded, with big names like Julia Holter (who is currently touring the EU and US, promoting her recent album Loud City Song), Space Dimension Controller and Nathan Fake leading the third wave of announcements. [read more]
