Listen: XV - 'Chaka Shao Khan'
Kansas native XV has reworked supreme funk vocalist Chaka Khan’s ‘Angel’ into a soulful hip-hop joint. Chaka’s vocals have been distorted for the chorus to reach an even higher pitch –yes that is possible. XV’s rhymes are purposeful while DJ Tech-Neek’s head nodding production makes this one a must listen.
