Lone - 'AM Portal' [Listen]
Making his first reappearance since last year's fêted Galaxy Garden LP, Nottingham's Lone has today showcased his latest offering 'AM Portal'. Lone creates an idyllic impression with the gentle, twinkling sounds at the beginning of the track, somewhat reminiscent of the soundtrack to a computer game I used to own.
Nevertheless, it builds so that the nicey nice beginning segues into macho thumping percussion perfectly; hard and soft intertwined.
