Sigur Rós want you to join their Mystery Film Experiment
As part of Sigur Rós' Mystery Film project, we've been treated to videos by the likes of Ragnar Kjartansson ('Ég Anda'), Inga Birgisdóttir ('Varúð') and Alma Har’el ('Fjögur Píanó') - but now the band are giving you a chance to join those wonderful directors (and future directors in the series) by putting together a video for one of the tracks from their recent album, Valtari.
"We never meant our music to come with a pre-programmed emotional response. We don’t want to tell anyone how to feel and what to take from it. With the films, we have literally no idea what the directors are going to come back with. None of them know what the others are doing, so hopefully it could be interesting."- Sigur Rós bassist, Georg Holm
