Sissy & the Blisters announce split
London's Sissy & the Blisters have sadly split up today, which they announced via Facebook post. Just weeks before the band was set to record their debut album, lead singer James Geard walked away from the group. Keep an eye out for the rest of the band members, as they are to pursue other musical projects.
Part of the post reads: "We wish [James] all the best with his choice to leave music and friends behind - but much more importantly, a massive THANK YOU to everyone that did stick by us and helped us achieve more than we thought was possible."
