Spiritualized cancel Sicily show & Standon Calling Festival

Spiritualized have announced they've had to cancel Sicily show & Standon Calling Festival due to J. Spaceman undergoing a course of medical treatment (which is almost completed).

For all your fact finders out there, this is the first time in their career (which spans twenty one years) that they've had to cancel a show.

The forthcoming dates remain as follows and a new album is set for release early 2012.
