Third Man Records set to release a new White Stripes film
Jack Whites label, Third Man Records has announced the contents of the latest issue of Vault, the labels subscription package. This bumper 12th installment will include a live Karen Elson LP on coloured vinyl and an innovative die cut sleeve, a 7” of two previously unreleased tracks from The Raconteurs (which were recorded during the Consolers of the Lonely sessions), ‘Open Your Eyes’ and ‘You Make a Fool Out of Me’ and finally a DVD entitled ‘The White Stripes: Under New Zealand Lights’.
The DVD combines footage taken from the duo’s performances in New Zealand back in 2000 and 2003. The first of which was recorded at The Kings Arms, Auckland, and was part of their first international tour. The second show at Freemans Bay Primary School which was performed especially for students and staff.
