Vondelpark // NYC Stuff and NYC Bags EP

Having formed only last spring in LA, Vondelpark have already released their second EP, NYC Stuff and NYC Bags. The trio- Lewis Rainsbury, Alex Bailey and Matt Law- make the sort of music that ideally should be played through in-ear headphones after 12:00 in the morning, preferably on a night bus or long train journey home to the suburbs. It has the minimal structure of The xx, and is peppered with delicate, misty vocals; this is a moody, sultry affair.
