Just as you’re asking for some variety to proceedings we’re treated to some classic 80’s rock riffs. What’s apparent is that while DJ Shadow has received some rather lukewarm appreciation for his last couple of LP’s, he has lost none of the ability to infuse songs with a plethora of different elements.
