    Calories have released their new album Basic Nature, which really is anything but basic in nature. On ‘Basic Nature,’ Calories produce an album with plenty of frenetic and noisy guitars, energetic vocals and a potentially anthemic lead single.     The Heebie Jeebies are set to release their first single. Huh? What do you mean it has already been released? Oh well, turns out they released it yesterday. With fast guitars and even faster drums they provide uplifting beats which belie their rather more morose lyrics on debut single ‘Misery Guts’ which comes in at only just over 2 minutes without leaving you unsatisfied.     Everybody’s second favourite Belgian band Aeroplane, although I guess you can’t really call them a band since it’s now a solo project for Vito De Luca, are ready to release the second single from their upcoming album, We Can’t Fly. ‘Superstar’ is a piano led piece with heavily vocodered vocals, which were infact provided by Vito, and big crashing cymbals.
